"I bought this camera as a smaller more portable option to my larger 7mp camera that allows me to change lenses and has extensive zoom. I took the camera to Las Vegas for a week and was not disappointed. It was so small and easy to carry and took great pictures. I was quiet amazed at how well it recorded video. The Bellagio Fountains looked great at night in the video. The only drawback was its limited zoom, but that is not why I purchased this camera."

    "This camara has alot of different settings for the money. Definitely a value but if you don't know how or when to use them, the pictures will not turn out well. Now that I am getting the idea, my pictures are turning out better. I've seen some complaints about the pictures but I believe that has to do with knowing when to use the different settings. I don't believe this camara is good for a first time digital camera user unless you just keep it in the auto setting! My main disappointment is when you crop the pictures from the kodak program, they really pixelate but kodak has downloads and upgrades for this camaro so maybe they can come up with one to fix that problem.     "I got this camera for very basic needs at my office and it serves those needs. This is not a high quality camera. The feel is cheap. The mode selection knob is wobbly. There is no viewfinder, which can be a problem when shooting in bright light or at awkward angles. Image quality is marginal. I took some 5MP pictures in bright sunlight on the "automatic" mode and there was noise in the images. Settings are limited to the most basic selection of presets. This camera is simple (to the point of being dumbed down) and inexpensive. And despite the poor performance, it meets my needs, so I'm satisfied. However, if I were shopping for a point and shoot camera for my personal use, I would never even consider this camera."

    "This camera is awesome. I bought this because I needed a camera in a hurry (my daughter's first birthday and I had spilled soda all over my old one) and I got it at a very good price. The picture quality is excellent and it is very easy to use. I've printed several pictures that I took with this camera and its just like I went and got film developed. It has a rechargable battery so I don't have to constantly put money into those things, and the features are amazing. It has all different scene modes, and a good size viewing screen to see the pictures as you are taking them. It's compact so it doesn't take up a whole lot of room in my purse when I take it places, and it even comes in different colors. I haven't found one thing I don't like about it yet. "
